Spicy Rajma Sandwich recipe - How to make Spicy Rajma Sandwich

Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup cooked and mashed rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
3 green chillies , chopped
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
4 bread slices
1 tbsp butter
Method
- Method
- Combine the coriander, green chilli and ginger and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
- Combine the salt, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder and rajma in a bowl and mix well.
- Apply some butter on both the sides of the bread slices.
- Spoon the rajma mixture on bread slice and cover with another piece of bread buttered on both sides.
- Put in pre-heated sandwich maker for 5 minutes or till they turn golden brown.
- Serve with mustard sauce.
