1 1/2 cups blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup low-fat paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
