Stir Fried Paneer, Mushrooms and Capsicum recipe - How to make Stir Fried Paneer, Mushrooms and Capsicum

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 4 servings

Ingredients


1/2 cup capsicum , sliced
1 cup cauliflower florets (parboiled)
1 cup mushrooms (khumbh) , sliced
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) , cut into cubes
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) , grated
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
salt and to taste
2 tsp oil

For The Garnish
1/2 cup spring onion greens , chopped

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Heat the oil, add the spring onion whites and garlic and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the capsicum, cauliflower, mushrooms and salt and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the paneer, pepper and soya sauce and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with the spring onion greens.

Paneer, Mushrooms and Capsicum stirfry.. simple quick and all my favourite vegetables.. the mushrooms, paneer are soft and the capsicum and cauliflower is crunchy and juicy.. and the sauces added is just perfect and well balanced..
