Strawberry and Kaju Raita recipe - How to make Strawberry and Kaju Raita

Makes 2 to 4 servings
1 cup thick curds (dahi)
1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped roasted cashewnuts (kaju)
1 tbsp blanched green peas
1 tbsp chopped carrots , blanched
1 tbsp chopped cucumber
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
To Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
a few sliced strawberries
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate till serving time.
- Just before serving, garnish with strawberries and coriander.
