Makes 6 servings
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) , lightly crushed
3 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup water
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup grated sweet corn kernels(makai ke dane)
For Serving
chillies in vinegar
chilli sauce
Method
- Method
- Put 4 cups of water in a kadhai, add the corn, prepared cornflour-water mixture, salt and sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the grated corn, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add ΒΌ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
