  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the marinated mushrooms.

  2. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste.
  3. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi).
  4. Add 1 tbsp chilli powder
  5. Add 1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
  6. Add 1 tsp chaat masala.
  7. Add 1 tbsp roasted besan (bengal gram flour)
  8. Add ½ tsp garam masala.
  9. Add ½ tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  10. Add salt to taste.
  11. Add 1 tsp lemon juice.
