Tropical Pina Colada
by Tarla Dalal
Pina Colada is an ever-popular drink that combines the soothing flavour of coconut milk with the peppy taste of pineapples to get a well-balanced flavour and mouth-feel.
This recipe gives you Pina Colada with a slight twist. We have added bananas to the combo to give the drink a creamier texture as well as a natural sweetness.
A garnish of desiccated coconut improves the texture as well as the visual appeal of this Tropical Pina Colada, raising its status from great to unbeatably great!
Tropical Pina Colada makes a refreshing mocktail to serve at any party .
