8 to 10 fresh tulsi (indian basil) leaves , washed and crushed
2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste

- Method
- Combine the tulsi leaves and ginger and blend in a mixer, using minimum amount of water, to a smooth paste.
- Strain the juice and keep aside.
- Add the turmeric powder and salt, mix well and serve immediately.
