Makes 4 servings
- Method
- Peel and grate the carrot. Keep aside.
- Chop a tomato, cabbage, spring onion and keep aside.
- Chop the capsicum and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add all the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add 4½ cups of water , noodles and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Combine the pepper, cornflour and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl, mix well and add to the soup, cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
Wonderful recipe and so easy to make. I just added garlic and ginger to the recipe. I this period of lockdown family loved it.
Total disaster! I made it for the the dinner & followed every step but unfortunately it turned out to be tasteless and I felt like I was eating raw noodles just boiled with some water. No flavour. No colour. No taste.
Vegetable Noodle Soup.. All time favourite of the kids.. and not only kids i also love this soup very much.. Though it does not have spice.. yet it is really yummy soup..
