Makes 2 servings
2 tbsp soft butter
3/4 cup diagonally cut and parboiled mixed vegetables
1/4 cup boiled green peas
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
- Method
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the mixed vegetables, green peas, salt and pepper and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
