Aloo Tamatar ki Subzi recipe - How to make Aloo Tamatar ki Subzi

Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 onion , finely chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1 tomato , grated
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/2 cup coconut milk
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds powder
1 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Wash the potatoes and prick all over using a fork.
  2. Keep in the microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or till cooked.
  3. Cool, peel and cut into cubes. Keep aside.
  4. Place the green peas in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Keep aside.
  5. Place the onions in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomatoes, mix well and microwave on HIGH for 3 minute, stirring in between.
  7. Add all the dry powders, mix well and microwave on HIGH for half a minute.
  8. Add the remaining ingredients, except the coriander, mix well and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer it into the serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
  10. Serve hot.
