Ingredients

4 slices bread
1/2 cup boiled noodles
1 capsicum , cut into thin strips
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
2 carrot , cut into thin strips
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/4 cup grated mozzrella cheese
a few sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp oil

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the vegetables and saute on ahigh flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add corn, soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce, pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove and keep aside to cool.
  4. Arrange 2 bread slices on a clean and dry surface and spread the prepared mixture evenly on both the slices.
  5. Sprinkle equal quantities of cheese on top of the mixture and cover it with other slice.
  6. Spread some seasme seeds on top of the bread slice and grill the sandwich on meadiun heat for 5 -10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
