Every other person complains of acidity these days, due to a stressful lifestyle and irregular food habits. However, eating the right foods can keep acidity at bay. Place one portion of the stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly. Roll out again into a circle of 150 mm. (6") in diameter, using flour for rolling. Heat non-stick pan and cook each paratha, until both sides are golden brown using ¼ teaspoon of oil.

Ingredients


For The Green Peas Paratha Dough
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup jowar (white millet) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ghee

For The Green Peas Paratha Stuffing
1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 cup boiled green peas , mashed
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
1 tsp oil for cooking

For the dough for green peas paratha

  2. Add some jowar flour. Alternatively you can add oats flour also.
