1 tbsp lemon juice

Rost 250gms flax seed, 250gms groundnut . Fry 30gmsof byadgi dry chilli without seed (less spicy hot) curry leaves garlic in 2 teaspoon oil. graind rosted flax seed to powder then graind rosted groundnut with 2 to 4 Spoon fried gram (do not graind ground nut too much powder should not be very oilly . Graind chilli, curry leaf, garlic with 2 to3 Spoon fried gram. Mix all the powder . Add salt powder tamirin powder 1 or 2 spoon jaggery powder as required for taste.Youwill have nice chatny powder. You can use dry or mix with 3 spoon of powder with 1 spoon of oil or ghee or curd.: Note: Fried gram is used to avoid oily powder Garlic , Tamirin powder jaggery powder or optional . If byadgi chilli is not available use chilli powder as required for taste.

This was used to be farmed in village area in WB what I can remember and used its oil as edible oil by poor community and comparatively richer people used mustard oil. Also Til was used similarly .
