2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
5 tsp oil for brushing and cooking
10 tsp ghee for cooking

I tried, but after 4 days some black spots appeared on the top layer of the paratha. When fully cooked the colour of the aloo paratha was dark . But no foul smell.
With onion in the half cooked aloo paratha in a air tight pp pouch how long can we keep in fridge or freezer?
When cooking the frozen paratha do you thaw them in the fridge or on the kitchen counter first? Or, can the frozen paratha be put on the tawa directly from the freezer?
Though without onions, these parathas taste excellent. I did not make these parathas for freezing them but for dinner and I loved this recipe.
