Lettuce, Green Apple and Blueberry Salad recipe - How to make Lettuce, Green Apple and Blueberry Salad

Makes 3 servings
2 cups lettuce , torn into pieces
1 cup green apple cubes
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup tomato cubes
For Caramelized Walnuts
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt to taste
For caramalized walnuts
- For caramalized walnuts
- Combine the sugar and 2 tbsp of water in a small broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the walnuts, mix well and cook on slow flame for 1 to 2 minutes, till the sugar coats the walnuts evenly. Keep aside to cool completely.

- Combine all the ingredients along with the dressing and the caramelized walnuts in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
