This is one summer drink that needs no introduction whatsoever. Although every beverage brand claims their Limbu Pani to be exactly like mom’s magic, nothing can ever match up to fresh, homemade Limbu Paani.
Chill and tangy, fresh lemon juice is not just refreshing but also boosts your immunity and helps you handle the hot summer easily!

Nimbu Pani, Shikanji, Limbu Pani recipe - How to make Nimbu Pani, Shikanji, Limbu Pani

Makes 4 glasses
5 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with 4 cups of cold water and mix well using a hand blender.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.

An authentic recipe. Earlier when I used to make Limbu pani I did not have any exact measure of the ingredients and ended up using trial and error method. But after this perfect measurement I am confident to make it and serve it to guests.
