This interesting dressing of parsley, mustard and honey spiked up with a dash of pepper, features a wonderful balance of flavours and textures, and fits well into any salad or sandwich creation.

Makes 1 cup
3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi)
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp honey
1 tsp readymade mustard (rai / sarson) paste
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

- Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes and use as required.

Parsely, Honey and Mustard Dressing.. Its just curds mustard and parsely.. it tasteso good as if there is mayyonaise.. in it.. I love to put this on salads.. and also in burger and dips with nachos..Really enjoyed the combination.. This recipe is on my party list..
This is the perfect dressing to have with cucumbers and carrots and broccoli. Very healthy and love the innovation.
