1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste

- Add all the remaining ingredients to this hung curd and mix well.

Place a clean and dry muslin cloth over the bowl. You can also use a thin cheesecloth for this purpose.

Put 2 cups curd in the strainer. We have used low fat curds but you can use full fat curds if you are healthy. You can buy the curd from a store or you can learn how to make curd with full fat milk. Make sure that the curd is fresh and not sour.

Bring the sides of the muslin cloth together.

Tie a tight knot with the edges of the muslin cloth.
