Ingredients


For Parsley Yoghurt Spread
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste

Method

For parsley yoghurt spread

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}parsley yoghurt spread{/span}, hang the curds in a muslin cloth for 15 to 20 minutes or till all the water from the curds gets drained out and the curds turn thick.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to this hung curd and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate the {span class="bold1"}parsley yoghurt spread{/span} for at least 1 hour and use as required.
