8 bread slices
To Be Mixed Together Into Sour Cream
1/2 cup thick curds (dahi)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
For The Schezwan Paneer Stuffing
1/4 cup schezwan sauce
3/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste

- Combine the coloured capsicum, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add the paneer and mix gently.
- Divide the schezwan paneer stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
