Makes 4 rolls
To Be Mixed Into A Spread
1/4 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp finely grated paneer (cottage cheese)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
Other Ingredients
4 sesame bread rolls
1 tbsp butter
4 large lettuce leaves
2 cucumbers , sliced
8 thin slices of paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

- Method
- Cut each bread horizontally into two and toast them lightly on a tava (griddle).
- On the lower half of a bun, place a lettuce leaf and 1 tbsp of the spread.
- Place a few cucumber slices and 2 slices of paneer over it.
- Finally sprinkle ¼ tbsp of dill leaves, salt and pepper over it.
- Cover with the remaining half of the bun and press it lightly.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls. Serve immediately.
