A perfect combination which provides lots of iron and vitamin c,beneficial for pregnant women and kids. It does not need to be strained which gives lots of fibers,helps for digestion. It a seasonal summer drink as well consumed through out the year. Its natural taste does demand for sugar!

Makes 3 to 4 servings
40 chopped spinach (palak) leaves
1 1/2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
crushed ice to serve
3-4 mint leaves (phudina) to garnish

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients along with 2 cups water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour the juice into 4 serving glasses and add the crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
