Makes 2 glasses
1/2 cup strawberry crush
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup fresh curds (dahi)
1/4 cup vanilla ice-cream

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
This drink is so refreshing and filling, and as the recipe calls for strawberry crush you can even make it when strawberries are not in season. The coconut milk and vanilla ice cream sued makes this smoothie even more creamier.
