Virgin baileys, an alternative to the popular baileys irish, this drink is sweetened predominantly with condensed milk. You can combine 15 ml of irish whiskey with condensed milk, chocolate syrup and ice to make the alcoholic version of the bailey’s shot. Glass used: shot glass

Makes 4 glasses
4 tbsp chocolate sauce
100 ml condensed milk
50 ml chocolate syrup
1 cup crushed ice

- Method
- Swirl the shot glasses with 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce in each shot glass. Refrigerate till service.
- Combine condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and crushed ice in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- In each shot glass, pour equal quantity of the drink and serve immediately.
