salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
5 1/4 tsp oil for greasing and cooking

Amazing Dosa ! Ideal for breakfast and a quick instant snack in the evening or when guests arrive. My kids always come home hungry from school. This is so convenient as no fermenting is required and healthy and quick too.
