Makes 2 serving
1 cup hung curds (dahi)
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp grated cucumber
1 tbsp grated cabbage
1 tbsp grated onions
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 cheese cubes , grated
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
8 slices bread
butter for grilling
tomato ketchup for garnishing
green chutney garnishing
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the bread in a bowl and mix well.
- Put the mixture between breads and grill till the color gets to golden brown.
- Cut it into pieces of your choice.
- Garnish it with ketchup and chutney.
- Serve.
