Ingredients

1 cup hung curds (dahi)
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp grated cucumber
1 tbsp grated cabbage
1 tbsp grated onions
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 cheese cubes , grated
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
8 slices bread
butter for grilling
tomato ketchup for garnishing
green chutney garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the bread in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Put the mixture between breads and grill till the color gets to golden brown.
  3. Cut it into pieces of your choice.
  4. Garnish it with ketchup and chutney.
  5. Serve.
