For Amla Chutney
1/2 cup deseeded and roughly chopped amla (indian gooseberries)
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
