Apple and mint chutney can be served as dip for some fried starters.

Makes 4 servings
4 roughly chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
12 cups chopped coriander (dhania)
5 green chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Transfer in a bowl and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve chilled or store refrigerated.
