Makes 10 tikkis
For Cauliflower Greens Mixed Sprouts Tikki
1 cup finely chopped cauliflower greens
3/4 cup boiled and mashed mixed sprouts
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
1 tsp oil for greasing
1 tsp oil for cooking

- To make {span class="bold1"}cauliflower greens mixed sprouts tikki{/span}, combine all the ingredients into a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) diameter flat round tikki.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it with 1 tsp of oil. Cook all the tikkis on it, using 1 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
