Ingredients

1/2 cup blanched broccoli
1/2 cup tofu
1/4 cup red chilli paste
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup sesame seeds (til) , grounded into paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
2 tsp cornflour
2 tsp sesame (til) oil
1/4 cup sliced and fried onions
2 masala maggi cubes
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chilli paste, tomato ketchup and sesame paste and saute for another minute.
  3. Add the broccoli and tofu and toss well.
  4. Add the masala cube along with 2 cups water, soya sauce, salt and sesame oil and mix well.
  5. Dissolve the cornflour in little water and add to the vegetables and cook till it turns thick.
  6. Add the vinegar and serve hot garnished with fried onions and sesame seeds.
