Here is a fantastic dressing with the succulence of cottage cheese, the juiciness of tomatoes, the tingling flavour of vinegar, mustard paste, and the tantalising aroma of herbs.   1. Combine the red wine vinegar, mustard paste, pepper and sea salt in a deep bowl, gradually add the olive oil, while whisking it continously.
  2. Add the crumbled feta, toamtoes, parsely and oregano and mix well.

would never have thought to put feta in the dressing-it tastes great with bowl of tomatoes-cucumber,iceberg and olives-quick and easy
