For Guava Smoothie
1 1/2 cups readymade chilled guava juice
5 tbsp readymade chilled coconut milk
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

- Combine the guava juice, coconut milk and vanilla ice-cream and blend in a blender till the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Used almond milk, pineapple yogurt instead of ice cream and turbinado sugar. So good! PS: processed and and added actual guavas.

It is so quick and tasty.. Coconut milk gives an amazing taste to the smoothie along with the vanilla ice cream.. If you have guests at time.. its a nice welcome drink..
The mild sweet taste of the coconut milk blends with the guava juice and vanilla ice cream and enhances the taste. I did not want the smoothie very thick so I added a little crushed ice.
