The thandai smoothie is a fruit-less smoothie with a rich and festive feel. Since the thandai syrup is based mainly on spices, this smoothie is generally liked more by adults than kids.

Ingredients

1/2 cup thandai syrup
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with
1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup ice-cubes

For The Garnish
2 almonds (badam)

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, thandai syrup, vanilla ice-cream and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with an almond on the rim of each glass.
