1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

  1. This is Bikaneri papad. It is usually made from urad dal flour, moong dal flour, salt, black pepper, papad khar, asafoetida and edible Oil.
  2. Place a Bikaneri papad on an open flame.
  3. Roast it till it turns crisp from both the sides. Always remember to keep turning it frequently to prevent it from burning on one side. Also keep rotating the papad so that it gets uniformly crisp from all sides. 
  4. All 4 Bikaneri papad are ready after roasting.

  4. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  5. Add 2 tsp chilli powder. You can adjust the spice level as per your preference. pls chk chilli powder seems to be too much
  6. Add 1 tbsp melted ghee. This helps to coat the chilli powder well. 
  7. Add salt to taste. Note that you will require very little salt as the papad has a high salt content. Measure salt in this recipe

It's and amazing recipe. A little spicy so if you don't like very spicy food then one can reduce the amount of chilli powder to be added. Its a perfect accompaniment for meals.
