You can also use butter if you wish to, butter will enhance the taste even better. Next, add veggies onions. Capsicum and tomatoes cook them. Once veggies are cooked, add turmeric which would give our tava rice a vibrant yellow color and also, add curd. Curd would impart creaminess and tanginess to our tawa rice and make it taste even better. Further, add the cooked rice and 1 ½ tsp of pav bhaji masala which would get the taste of tava rice to heaven and make it taste just WOW!!
