2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 3/4 cups warm milk

I followed the directions and added the amount of warm water I thought was enough. The thing I did different was I added 2 tsp of xantham gum, which helps improve the texture of gluten-free breads. It turned out wonderful and very delicious!!

Hi tried making the bread.it was lil dense But can I add 2 eggs in case I dnt want the vegan one...thanks in advance

   This is a dense rice flour bread. We would not suggest to use eggs in this recipe.

I have all combined but is to dry doesnt seem to have enough wet ingred!? Shouldnt the water amount be more? Seems like i need more warm water for this batter!lol I cant get a dow consistency? with your ingredient measurements. Sorry I dont know what to do here can you contact me please .

I have tried about 20 plus different GF bread recipes and this is the only one that works. Looks like white bread, smells like white bread, tastes like white bread. Fabulous. Thank you!
