For Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped apple
cinnamon (dalchini) powder to taste
1 cup greek yoghurt or curd (dahi)
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp chopped dates (khajur)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp garden cress seeds
20 ice-cubes
