Makes 5 glasses
1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
2 cups yogurt (dahi)
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup ice cubes
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities into 5 individual glasses and serve chilled.

Perfect recipe for endurance athletes. I use this as a snack at 11am at work. It provides the correct good fats and gives me plenty of energy. Peaches and curd also make a fab combination.
