While the benefits of apple are well-known, dragon fruit too is a treasure trove of nutrients especially vitamin C and antioxidants.
Loaded with iron and protein , almond milk is great for endurance athletes. It’s a good milk substitute for lactose intolerant folks. If you want the smoothie sweeter add half a banana to it.

Makes 1 glass
1/4 cup apple cubes , unpeeled
3/4 cup white dragon fruit cubes
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Blend till smooth.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
