This smoothie is a good option for lactose intolerant people too, as it makes use of only almond milk and no dairy products.

Makes 2 glasses
1/2 cup frozen chopped strawberries
1 cup chilled almond milk
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
- Pour the smoothie in 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
