Creamy Mango Ginger Mousse recipe - How to make Creamy Mango Ginger Mousse

Makes 4 serving
1/2 cup water
1 tsp chopped agar-agar
1 cup mango pulp
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup whipped cream
Method
- Method
- Dissolve the china grass in hot water till it dissolves completely.
- Add the mango pulp, milk and sugar mix it and boil the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Strain and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, ginger juice and whipped cream and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Serve chilled garnished with mango and whipped cream.
