Paneer Salsa recipe - How to make Paneer Salsa

Ingredients

200 gms crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chole masala (optional)
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
4 rotis

Method
    Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute till they turn\light brown in colour.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook till soft.
  4. Add the salt, turmeric, green chillies, garam masala, chole masala and mix well.
  5. Add the carrot, capsicum and saute lightly.
  6. Add boiled sprouts, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the paneer and mix well.
  8. Place a portion of the mixture between the roti and roll.
  9. Serve immediately.
