Paneer Salsa recipe - How to make Paneer Salsa

Makes 4 servings
200 gms crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chole masala (optional)
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

Method
- Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute till they turn\light brown in colour.
- Add the tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Add the salt, turmeric, green chillies, garam masala, chole masala and mix well.
- Add the carrot, capsicum and saute lightly.
- Add boiled sprouts, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the paneer and mix well.
- Place a portion of the mixture between the roti and roll.
- Serve immediately.
