1/4 cup roughly chopped onions
1/4 cup roughly chopped carrot
1/4 cup roughly chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup roughly chopped potatoes
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep non-stick pan along with 2 cups of water.
  2. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 9 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain it using a strainer and serve immediately.
