  1. To make {span class="bold1"}cabbage masala{/span}, heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and cook on medium heat for a few seconds.
  2. Add onions, green chillies, adrak and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, green peas, tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  1. Heat 2 tsp coconut oil or oil in broad non-stick pan. Use coconut oil for a healthier diet. 
  2. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. 
  3. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai ).  
  4. Add 8 curry leaves.
  5. Cook on medium heat for a few seconds.
  6. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onions.  
  7. Add 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
  8. Add 1/2 tsp grated adrak (ginger).
  9. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, till onions are translucent.
  10. Add 4 cups shredded cabbage ( patta gobi ).
  11. Add 1/2 cup boiled green peas.
  12. Add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes.
  13. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi).
  14. Add salt to taste. We added 1 tsp salt.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stirring accasionally.
  17. Cabbage masala after cooking.
  18. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Cabbage Masala ki subzi kafi simple hai. Lekin khane me badi lazzatdhar hai. Humare ghar me tikkha khana pasand karte hai issiliye meine tho aur jadha spicy banaya tha. sabhi ne pasand kiya.
