Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 cup basil leaves , torn in pieces
3/4 cup thick curds (dahi)
1 tsp honey
a pinch of salt
2 to 3 ice cubes

For The Garnish
2 tsp finely chopped pistachios

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with pistachios.
