Sandwiches are very popular and famous amongst all of us.Here are grilled sandwich, and the stuffing of the same is made from moong sprouts and carrot and cucumber pieces with grated cheese, this sandwich is ideal for breakfast also.So try this healthy and delicious three layer sandwich.

For Potato and Sprouts Stuffing- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, mix well and keep aside
For Cheese stuffing- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, mix well and keep aside
How to proceed- Cut the edges of bread slices.
- Apply little butter on both the sides of two bread slices and apply green chutney on one side and butter on another bread slice.
- Put lettuce leave on butter side of slice, spread 2-3 tbsp potato and sprouts stuffing.
- Cover with the other slice facing chutney side downward.
- Put 2-3 tbsp cheese stuffing, arrange 2-3 tomato slices on it.
- Cover with the third bread slice.
- Grill in a griller till it becomes golden brown and crispy
- Cut and serve with tomato ketchup
- Similarly prepare other sandwiches
Handy Tip- You can grill 2 sandwiches at a time
