Method


  1. 1.fry onion in oil until soft, reserve half. add the turmeric, cardamon, garlic, cloves and garam masala. cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2.rinse the rice and drain. fry in the pan for 5 minutes until it glistens.
  3. 3.add the vegetables and then pour in the stock, and bring to a boil. cover and simmer for 10-25 min., or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. 4. add the panir, raisins and nuts. cover and cook for 5 more minutes. garnish with onion.
