This is a health and nutritious green soup.
Method- Blanch all the leafy vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Remove from hot water and put it back into the cold water.
- Boil green peas and capsicum for 10 minutes
- Now take a mixer and grind all the ingredients except butter and pepper.
- Then remove and required amount of water to make soup consistency.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Then add pepper and butter.Serve steaming hot.
