An innovative delicious fruity pizza recipe is a favorite snack among children. Ingredients

For the pizza base
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
For topping:
3 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)
1 tbsp soaked raisins (kismis)
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup chopped mixed fruits
1/2 cup cornflour
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
4 tbsp honey
Method



For pizza base:

    For pizza base:
  1. Combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. add the butter and rub it well.
  2. Add water as required and make a hard dough.
  3. Roll out into a thick circle and place on a greased bakink tray.
  4. Prick the base with a fork. refrigerate for 10-15 mins and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree c for 10-15 mins.
  5. Remove and keep aside.

For topping:

    For topping:
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
  2. Spread the topping into pizza base.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree c for 15-20 mins or till the base is crisp.
  4. Remove from oven, slightly cool it and cut into wedges.
  5. Serve warm.
